Dr. Naomi Trause

Dr. Naomi Trause joined Caring Dental in 2026. She received her undergraduate degree with University Honors from the University of Maryland, College Park, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at WellSpan York Hospital. Dentistry has been a part of Dr. Trause’s life from an early age, as she attended local dental missions with her father, who is also a dentist. These experiences showed her how dentistry combines her love of science and art while allowing her to directly help others.

At Caring Dental, Dr. Trause enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and their families through a patient-centered approach. She believes integrity is one of the most important qualities of a healthcare provider and strives to foster trusting, honest relationships with every patient. She also appreciates that dentistry is an evolving field that continually challenges her to learn and grow.

When not working, Dr. Trause enjoys reading, spending time in nature, volunteering, and making memories with family and friends. She and her husband, Matt, are also the proud owners of a 1.5-year-old golden retriever.
