Cathleen has worked at Rosedale Dental for three-and-a-half years, but has 25 years of experience in dentistry. She received her education and training from the Community College of Baltimore County. Cathleen’s responsibilities include assisting Dr. Wendy Rose-Hyatt with various procedures and ordering supplies for the office. Her favorite thing about the job is helping people look and feel better. Cathleen describes herself as funny, easy-going, hard-working, and energetic. She has been married for 15 years and has a step-daughter, Taylor, who is a ballerina! Her son is 13 and a sports fanatic. Outside the office, Cathleen likes to work out, hike with her family, and has a love of photography. She also volunteers with the school system and works part-time as a Nerium brand partner, a business that focuses on health and wellness.
Rebecca has been with Rosedale Dental for three years and has 13 years of experience in dentistry. She completed the dental hygiene program at the Community College of Baltimore County and is advancing her knowledge with continuing education programs. The profession runs in the family! Rebecca became interested in the field from her grandmother who was a hygienist. Her main responsibilities include educational hygiene instruction, preventative hygiene care, and oral cancer screenings. Rebecca describes herself as dependable, friendly, adaptable, easy-going, and quirky. Outside the office, Rebecca loves to visit the ocean, go to museums, day trips to the zoo, park, and other fun, local activities with her family. At home, she has a daughter and two dogs. She also volunteers at a pair of nursing homes.
Brigid began serving our office in October 2016. She joined the team as a Dental Hygiene temp, but with her talent and exceptional care, she quickly became an official member of the team by January 2017. Brigid earned her Bachelor Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. She has over 30 years of experience and can perform a range of services which include preventative and non-surgical periodontal procedures. She enjoys implementing new techniques and delivering quality care to her patients.
Lisa has been with Rosedale Dental for 17 years, and has 34 years of experience in dentistry! Besides being the friendly voice you hear on the phone, Lisa sends out insurance claims, follows up on insurance matters, handles payments, checks in patients, and helps keep the office running smoothly!
One of her favorite things about working at Rosedale Dental is seeing the smiling faces of patients after they receive treatment.
Outside of the office, Lisa loves going to Baltimore Ravens games, Orioles games and heading to the beach. Her love for the Ravens is displayed in her community work with Ravens Nest, a charitable organization that performs community service in Hartford County.
As the office manager at Caring Dental, Christy oversees all managerial duties at the Philadelphia Road and the Stemmers Run Road locations. Primarily, she handles front desk reception at the Stemmers Run location full-time. Christy’s favorite part about her job is “helping patients manage their dental phobia and helping them gain a better understanding of their dental needs.” She also loves seeing the patients smile as they leave their appointment satisfied!
Christy has been working in the dental field since 2003, taking on many roles such as dental assistant, front desk coordinator, and office manager. She is billing and coding certified as well as dental radiography certified.

As a single mother of a daughter with special needs, Christy values kindness and compassion – which “can go a long way in the world today.” When she’s not working, Christy likes to spend time with her daughter, Lexi, their dog, Abel, and their friends and family.
As a registered dental hygienist, Corrine examines the oral health of her patients and helps the dentist with procedures. She joined the dental field pursuing her interests in science and health. Above all, she seeks to help patients with their dental anxiety.
“I’m an anxious patient myself, so it’s important that I break down barriers to treatment through compassion, communication, and creating a positive, painless experience. I love seeing patients get excited about improvements in their oral health.”
With a shared goal of improving their patients’ oral wellness, Corrine appreciates working alongside Dr. Rose-Hyatt.
“She genuinely cares for and appreciates her patients and her staff. She also absolutely loves being a dentist and it shows on a daily basis. I also love working in my own community, and seeing generations worth of patients.”
Motivated by values like integrity, honesty, and empathy, Corrine has accrued over 13 years in the dental field and earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene in 2013. In her free time, Corrine enjoys snuggling with her dogs, exercising, and reading. She’s also involved in BARCS animal rescue and the Beautiful You MRKH Foundation.
Alisa has been an expanded functions dental assistant at Caring Dental since 2019 and has been in the dental field for over 40 years. In her role, she prepares the room for procedures, works on models, and helps with keeping an eye on inventory. Alisa uses her skills, experience, and self-starter nature to troubleshoot problems as they arise. She loves that at Caring Dental she is able to think outside the box to constantly improve processes and patient care. Alisa also works to educate patients on the importance of their diet — especially what they drink — and the tremendous effect it has on their teeth.
When not working, Alisa enjoys doing crafts, including sewing and crocheting, as well as organizing, caring for stray cats, clearing her land to make trails to ride her dirt bike, and watching Avengers movies. She also loves learning and doing research, and is constantly watching videos to learn more about dentistry. Alisa enjoys spending time in her back yard, at yard sales, and at craft shows. She is passionate about animal rights and donates to an animal rights organization in Phoenix, MD. Alisa lives her motto “Never stop learning.”
Samantha began as receptionist for Caring Dental in 2021, and has six years of prior experience in the dental field. She helps patients with insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, and collection of funds owed. Samantha’s personality and love of meeting and getting to know patients make her a great fit for this role. She enjoys helping patients with their smiles, and she loves the positive energy in the Caring Dental office.
When not working, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children, as well as her friends and dogs. She also loves to spend time at Sue Island, and when able to, sit on the beach reading the perfect book.
