Dental Hygienist

Our new, state-of-the-art Caring Dental location is in need of a rock star Dental Hygienist to join our 40+ years of established and busy family dentistry located in Middle River/White Marsh, MD. We are seeking a passionate team player who desires to provide the highest quality of patient oral care, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable person that enjoys working with people, has the love of dental hygiene, and who will also become an essential part of our Caring Dental family practice.

Qualifications/Experiences/Requirements:

• Active MD State Hygiene License
• Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program
• Minimum of one year of post graduate experience preferred
• Take Radiographs
• Use of an intra-oral camera
• Ability to educate patient on oral hygiene/health/disease, including procedures and services; establish/communicate continued care
• Complete periodontal charting per guidelines
• Screen for Oral Cancer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with computer use
• Preferred Nitrous Oxide Certification (optional)
• Preferred ability to administer local anesthesia
